Ulises Betancur vs Ramirez Vasques

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Ponce promoted show at Ponce Rosete, Ponce,  taking place on 04/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Puerto Rico-Ponce Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ulises Betancur (5 - 7 - 2) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Ramirez Vasques(32 - 3) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Both Betancur and Vasques weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Magro, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Miguel, Ramiro Moyano and Xavion Roxas.  

Round 1: 

Vasques steps inside.  Vasques sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Betancur throws a right uppercut, but Vasques ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Vasques pushes his forearm into Betancur's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Betancur attempts to land a right uppercut, but Vasques blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Vasques advances into close range.  Vasques hits home with a left uppercut.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Vasques.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Betancur throws a left uppercut, but Vasques holds on to his opponent.  Betancur leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
