David Cahambing vs Zelipe Marto

Boxing Daily Report from the Siabasiye Promotions promoted show at Montel Pizarro Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 02/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Cahambing (4 - 8 - 4) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Zelipe Marto(13 - 15 - 5) from Davao City, Philippines.  Cahambing weighed in at 159 pounds and 11 ounces, while Marto weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Bonoan, and the three ringside judges are Ignado Maturan, Quin Agbisit and Noel Sayo.  

Round 1: 

Cahambing feints a jab, but Marto ignores the feint and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Marto closes the distance and walks Cahambing into the red corner.  Marto tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cahambing is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand right.

Cahambing attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Marto's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Marto is looking to close the distance.  Marto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Cahambing drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Marto gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Marto sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Cahambing's body.

Cahambing switches the action to the outside.  Marto hits home with an overhand left.  
Marto advances into close range and manouvers Cahambing into a corner.  Marto lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Marto is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Marto throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Marto steps inside and lands a right uppercut.  
Marto lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  As Marto tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Cahambing dabs at his face checking for damage.  Cahambing has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Cahambing is on target with a right uppercut.  
Cahambing tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to his opponents body.  
Marto is on target with a left uppercut.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Cahambing.  The foul has worsened the damage  around the right eye.
