Dele Okoye vs Rashid Minhas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Oyo State promoted show at D'Rovans Hotel, Ibadan,  taking place on 04/04/2039:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Oyo State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Oyo State Light Heavyweight title.
