Haaris Massoud vs Imran Noorani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Kit Gym, Gulu,  taking place on 04/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Massoud (7(1) - 7(3) - 3) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Imran Noorani(4 - 15 - 5) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Massoud and Noorani weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Uland Msuya, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Pbitek, Duante Mukiibi and James Bourdillon.  

Round 1: 

Noorani closes the distance.  Massoud attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Noorani's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Massoud tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with an overhand right.
