Adam McRorie vs Joey Nam

Boxing Daily Report from the Agyemang Promotions promoted show at Raleigh Thomaston, Raleigh,  taking place on 07/04/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adam McRorie (8 - 6 - 1) who hails from Greensboro, USA and Joey Nam(18 - 14 - 6) from Raleigh, USA.  McRorie weighed in at 126 pounds, while Nam weighed in at 126 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dave Hendren, and the three ringside judges are Alen Corson, Mark Baxa and Danny Egerton.  

Round 1: 

McRorie attempts to land a jab, but Nam slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nam is looking to close the distance and forces McRorie to retreat into the red corner.  McRorie throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Nam's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
