Chris Barland vs David Iversen

Boxing Daily Report from the Kronk Gym II promoted show at Grand Rapids Napier, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 16/04/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Barland (3 - 20 - 5) who hails from Grand Rapids, USA and David Iversen(3 - 5(2) - 1) from Detroit, USA.  Barland weighed in at 168 pounds and 10 ounces, while Iversen weighed in at 168 pounds.    As Barland came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Nick McGowan, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Herritt, John Kennan and Lewis Chiens.
