Rodrigo Serpa vs Yago Vieyra

Boxing Daily Report from the Nyauza Promotions promoted show at Salvador Marroquin, Salvador,  taking place on 17/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Bahia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Serpa (3 - 10 - 2) who hails from Salvador, Brazil and Yago Vieyra(8 - 1) from Salvador, Brazil.  Both Serpa and Vieyra weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oleos Avila, and the three ringside judges are Onofre Meneses, Sancho Coval and Juan Maria.  

Round 1: 

Vieyra is looking to close the distance.  Serpa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Vieyra steps inside and drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Serpa advances into close range.  Vieyra lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Vieyra hits home with a solid jab.

Serpa throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Vieyra steps inside.  Serpa sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Vieyra lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Serpa advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Vieyra in the corner.  Vieyra throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Vieyra clinches his opponent.  Vieyra throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.

Vieyra steps inside and drives a right hook into Serpa's body.  Vieyra holds on to his opponent.  Vieyra is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Vieyra and breaks the clinch.  
Vieyra steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Vieyra throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Vieyra clinches his opponent.  Serpa pushes his forearm into Vieyra's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Serpa about fouling.  
Vieyra goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Serpa's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Vieyra steps inside and digs in a left hook to Serpa's ribs.  Vieyra throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Vieyra lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Vieyra advances into close range and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Vieyra cuts off the ring, trapping Serpa in the corner.  Vieyra lands a sharp jab.
