Seth Boag vs Bryn Muirhead

Boxing Daily Report from the VictoryBoxing promoted show at Hamilton Kilpatrick, Hamilton,  taking place on 20/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Ontario Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seth Boag (11 - 7 - 1) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Bryn Muirhead(8 - 4(2) - 2) from Ottawa, Canada.  Both Boag and Muirhead weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leo Gaddie, and the three ringside judges are Rob Travis, William Grosjean and Lionel Phillippe.  

Round 1: 

Muirhead closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Muirhead digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Muirhead pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Boag steps to the outside.  Muirhead attempts to land a cross, but Boag sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Muirhead sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Boag steps to the outside.  Muirhead lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Muirhead advances into close range.  Muirhead pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

Muirhead forces Boag to retreat onto the ropes.  Muirhead pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a right hook.

Muirhead steps inside.  Muirhead voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Boag tries to tag Muirhead on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!

Boag pivots to the side of his opponent.  Boag throws a left uppercut, but Muirhead holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Muirhead pushes his forearm into Boag's face.  The ref breaks Muirhead's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Boag pivots to the right of his opponent.  Muirhead is on target with a left hook to Boag's liver.  Muirhead holds on to his opponent.  Muirhead is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Muirhead and breaks the clinch.  As Boag tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Muirhead dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Boag switches the action to the outside and is on target with an overhand right.  
Muirhead closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.
