Sylvain Oulette vs Channing Delcamp

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Upper Normandy promoted show at Le Havre Beauchamp, Le Havre,  taking place on 24/04/2039:

Clearly AI France-Upper Normandy have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Upper Normandy Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sylvain Oulette (3 - 9 - 2) who hails from Le Havre, France and Channing Delcamp(4 - 10 - 4 - 1(NC)) from Rouen, France.  Oulette weighed in at 234 pounds and 6 ounces, while Delcamp weighed in at 230 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Laramie Maillard, and the three ringside judges are Franklin Oulette, Algernon Nodine and Orleans Eury.
