Santiago Licea vs Diego Millan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Edmundo Aja Gym, Monterrey,  taking place on 27/04/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Licea (13 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Ciudad Apodaca, Mexico and Diego Millan(8 - 12(3) - 4) from Monterrey, Mexico.  Both Licea and Millan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Salamanca, and the three ringside judges are Cortez Gloria, Edmundo Cruz and Juan Loredo.
