Mikhail Popov vs Fedya Novoseltsev

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Saint Petersburg promoted show at Saint Petersburg Obolensky, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 01/05/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saint Petersburg Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikhail Popov (11 - 14 - 4) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Fedya Novoseltsev(13 - 22 - 4) from Saint Petersburg, Russia.  Popov weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces, while Novoseltsev weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fedor Dundukov, and the three ringside judges are Timofei Gankin, Isaak Lukyanov and Evgeny Balashov.
