Jacob Shine vs Mel Pye

Boxing Daily Report from the Peanut Promotions promoted show at New York City Cerbone, New York City,  taking place on 06/05/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jacob Shine (19 - 16(2) - 6) who hails from New York City, USA and Mel Pye(8 - 24 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Shine and Pye weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felix Sangster, and the three ringside judges are Chris Chisolm, John McCrae and Peter Regan.  

Round 1: 

Pye is looking to close the distance.  Pye pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Shine lands a cross.  
Shine is looking to keep his distance.  Shine sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Shine tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Pye steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Shine is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Pye drives a left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Pye walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Shine is on target with a left uppercut.  
Pye drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Shine steps away from his opponent.  Pye stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Shine throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Pye quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Shine is on target with a left hook.  
Shine quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Pye steps inside and manouvers Shine onto the ropes.  Pye pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Pye voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Shine tries to tag Pye on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!
