Alastair Casey vs Colville Lasalle

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Bell Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 27/05/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Super Channel, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Alastair Casey (8(3) - 0) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Colville Lasalle(3 - 1 - 1) from Quebec City, Canada.  Both Casey and Lasalle weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Prewitt Gedeon, Louis Gillespie and Bruce Hathorne.  

Round 1: 

Lasalle steps away from his opponent.  Casey lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lasalle steps to the outside.  Casey hits home with an overhand right.  
Casey attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Lasalle's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Casey throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Casey holds on to his opponent.  Casey pushes his forearm into Lasalle's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Casey.  
Lasalle steps to the outside.  Casey feints a jab and triggers a left hook counter from Lasalle.  Casey avoids the shot and counters with a cross.  
Casey is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook.  Casey ties up his opponent.  Casey leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Casey's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Lasalle throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
