Marc Duris vs Beau Platini

Boxing Daily Report from the Nyongo Promotions promoted show at Nice Paquin, Nice,  taking place on 13/05/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marc Duris (16 - 4 - 1) who hails from Angers, France and Beau Platini(14 - 3) from Toulon, France.  Both Duris and Platini weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rush Nolle, and the three ringside judges are James Loeb, Glanville Berland and Oliver Baton.  

Round 1: 

Platini feints a jab, and then connects with a right hook.  
Platini quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.
