Hernan Baxa vs Marco Amparan

Boxing Daily Report from the Iván Lapeña promoted show at Madrid Pompa, Madrid,  taking place on 18/05/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Spain Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hernan Baxa (32(20) - 2(2)) who hails from Burgos, Spain and Marco Terremoto Amparan(37(1) - 5(2)) from Madrid, Spain.  Both Baxa and Amparan weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fidel Cerna, and the three ringside judges are Sagaz Archibeque, Cortez Pacheco and Rodrigo Maio.  

Round 1: 

Baxa steps inside and drives a solid left hook into his opponents liver.  
Amparan tries to keep the action at long range.  Baxa hits home with a hard jab.  
Amparan hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Baxa closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Baxa drives a left hook into Amparan's body.  
Baxa steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Amparan almost instantly recovers. 
Amparan digs in a right hook to Baxa's body.  Amparan throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baxa pivots to the right of his opponent.  Amparan throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Baxa hits home with a stinging right hook.  Amparan wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Baxa dabs at his face checking for damage.  Baxa has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Amparan steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Baxa closes the distance.  Amparan hits home with a right hook.  
Baxa is on target with a solid left hook.  
Amparan finds the target with a hard jab.  
Baxa lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Amparan almost instantly recovers. 
Baxa lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Baxa attempts to land a left uppercut, but Amparan blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Amparan walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Baxa lands a cross.  
Baxa hits home with a cross.  
Amparan switches the action to the outside.  Baxa lands a firm overhand right.  
Amparan throws a left hook, but Baxa ties up his opponent.  Baxa uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Amparan behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Baxa drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Baxa lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Baxa throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Baxa slams a nasty left hook into his opponents liver.  AMPARAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Baxa sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Baxa lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  It looks like Amparan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Baxa gets on the inside.  Amparan is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Baxa steps inside.  Amparan digs in a left hook to Baxa's body.  
Amparan lands a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Amparan's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Amparan's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Baxa gets on the inside and whips in a VICIOUS left hook to Amparan's body.  AMPARAN IS HURT!  Amparan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Baxa is on target with a left hook to Amparan's ribs.  
Baxa advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Baxa lands a firm left hook.  Baxa throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Baxa manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Baxa is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Baxa ties up his opponent.  Baxa is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Baxa throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Baxa lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Baxa clinches his opponent.  Amparan pushes his forearm into Baxa's face.  The ref breaks Baxa's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Baxa is on target with a solid right hook to Amparan's ribs.  
Amparan pivots from in front of his opponent.  Amparan throws a left hook, but Baxa holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Baxa pushes his forearm into Amparan's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Amparan finds the target with a jab.  
Baxa is looking to close the distance and is on target with a stinging left hook to Amparan's body.  
Baxa lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Baxa steps inside and manouvers Amparan onto the ropes.  Amparan hits home with a left hook.  
Baxa is on target with a right hook.  
Baxa is on target with a firm right hook to Amparan's ribs.  
Baxa closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Amparan pivots to the right of his opponent.  Baxa lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Some sustained pressure from Baxa could be enough to finish Amparan!  Baxa lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND AMPARAN IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  He holds his fists up but stumbles into the referee! Amparan doesn't look like he's recovered at all.  The ref seems to thinks so as well...he's signalling that the fight is over!  The winner by TKO is Baxa!
