Juan Mino vs Kenzie Evans

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Texas promoted show at Houston Roderick, Houston,  taking place on 18/05/2039:

Clearly AI USA-Texas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Texas Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Mino (21 - 14(2) - 6) who hails from Arlington, USA and Kenzie Evans(10 - 9(1) - 2) from Houston, USA.  Mino weighed in at 112 pounds, while Evans weighed in at 112 pounds And 8 ounces.    As Evans came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Aurelio, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Flaws, Danny Henderson and Bryan Priddy.  

Round 1: 

Mino finds the target with a jab.  
Evans sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mino lands a jab.  
Evans steps inside.  Mino pivots to the side of his opponent.  Evans is on target with a left hook.  
Evans steps inside.  Evans pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Mino steps away from his opponent.  Mino sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Evans quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

Evans pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Mino attempts to land a left hook, but Evans blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mino's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Mino's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Evans's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Mino advances into close range.  Evans is on target with a right hook.  As Evans tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
