Alejandro Alpizar vs Juan Diaz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Santa Clara promoted show at Tajo Picon Gym, Santa Clara,  taking place on 21/05/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Santa Clara Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Alpizar (6 - 1) who hails from Santa Clara, Cuba and Juan Diaz(1 - 1) from Santa Clara, Cuba.  Both Alpizar and Diaz weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Posadas, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Rosalez, Cortez Pozo and Santiago Cardinal.  

Round 1: 

Alpizar steps inside and is on target with a left hook to Diaz's ribs.
