Jun Shimomura vs Kei Kasai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Shizuoka promoted show at Shizuoka Tano, Shizuoka,  taking place on 29/05/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Shizuoka Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jun Shimomura (10 - 11(1) - 3) who hails from Hamamatsu, Japan and Kei Kasai(20 - 13 - 4) from Hamamatsu, Japan.  Both Shimomura and Kasai weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akira Sanda, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Onishi, Yuichi Koda and Fumio Hirano.  

Round 1: 

Kasai stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Shimomura tries to land a jab, but Kasai blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
