Boxing Daily Report from the Kpegah Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Halina, Cebu City,  taking place on 03/06/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nicandro Caragay (31(26) - 0) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Arran Canumay(2 - 1 - 1) from Imus, Philippines.  Both Caragay and Canumay weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Dimanlig, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Mejias, Jesus Prisco and Porfio Larez.  

Round 1: 

Caragay steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Caragay holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Caragay pushes his forearm into Canumay's face.  The referee warns Caragay and breaks the clinch.

Caragay closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Caragay holds on to his opponent.  Caragay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

As Caragay tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Canumay has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
