Alen Njoroge vs Ian Kayongo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Chundrigar, Kampala,  taking place on 04/06/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alen Njoroge (31 - 8(7) - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Ian Kayongo(14 - 6) from Kampala, Uganda.  Njoroge weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kayongo weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Ntambi, and the three ringside judges are Salim Kalemazikusoka, Kieran Olaki and James Kafrica.
