Cipriano Ruan vs Nicandro Lazcano

Boxing Daily Report from the Ballantyne Promotions promoted show at Panama City Espiritu, Panama City,  taking place on 13/06/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Panama Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NEXtv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cipriano Ruan (20 - 14(4) - 1) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Nicandro Lazcano(23(2) - 12(3) - 2) from Panama City, Panama.  Ruan weighed in at 200 pounds and 10 ounces, while Lazcano weighed in at 199 pounds and 4 ounces.    As Ruan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Zelipe Gonzaga, and the three ringside judges are Elias Colorado, Sierra Casto and Santiago Messa.
