Kyrone Ampomah vs Arnie De Villiers

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghenyan Promotions promoted show at iBhayi Van Heerden, iBhayi,  taking place on 15/06/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kyrone Ampomah (24 - 11 - 1) who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and Arnie De Villiers(25 - 22(4)) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Ampomah weighed in at 167 pounds And 14 ounces, while De Villiers weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Matata, and the three ringside judges are Dele Hlatshwayo, Puleng Bungu and Danny Luteka.  

Round 1: 

De Villiers closes the distance and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.

Ampomah steps to the outside and is on target with a cross to De Villiers's body.  
De Villiers throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
De Villiers gets on the inside.  De Villiers lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
