Eric MacIntire vs Mal Owen

Boxing Daily Report from the Beyond The Ropes Promotions promoted show at Spencer McElligott Gym, Brighton and Hove,  taking place on 18/06/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Southern England Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eric MacIntire (8 - 7 - 4) who hails from London, UK and Mal Owen(25(3) - 1) from London, UK.  MacIntire weighed in at 154 pounds, while Owen weighed in at 153 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Stalker, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Musto, Jay McCaa and Michael Findlay.  

Round 1: 

MacIntire is looking to close the distance.  Owen is on target with a right hook.  
Owen lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.
