Iwao Uyeda vs Nori Iwata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 11/07/2039:

Clearly AI Japan-Aichi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Iwao Uyeda (3 - 7 - 3) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Nori Iwata(9 - 3 - 1) from Kasugai, Japan.  Both Uyeda and Iwata weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Matsushima, and the three ringside judges are Kazuki Yamamoto, Hisao Azuma and Hideki Kawasaki.  

Round 1: 

Uyeda steps to the outside and lands a jab.  
Iwata is looking to close the distance.  Iwata sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Uyeda lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Iwata closes the distance.  Iwata pivots to the side of his opponent.  Iwata tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Uyeda hits home with a right uppercut.  
Iwata pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Uyeda lands an overhand left followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Uyeda's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Iwata's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Iwata's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Iwata pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Uyeda dabs at his face checking for damage.
