Zacarias Fallas vs Vicente Andrada

Boxing Daily Report from the Handila Promotions promoted show at Joaquin Arebalo Gym, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 21/07/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santiago Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zacarias Fallas (4 - 9) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Vicente Andrada(22(3) - 7 - 1) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Fallas weighed in at 233 pounds and 8 ounces, while Andrada weighed in at 238 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Garzon, and the three ringside judges are Ivan Laris, Isidro Munoz and Santiago Lares.  

Round 1: 

Andrada steps inside and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Fallas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Fallas attempts to land a left hook, but Andrada slips the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Andrada lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Andrada closes the distance and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Fallas advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Andrada clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Andrada pushes his forearm into Fallas's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Fallas pivots from in front of his opponent.  Andrada is on target with a right hook to Fallas's ribs.  
Fallas sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Andrada lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Andrada steps inside and forces Fallas to retreat onto the ropes.  Andrada is on target with a right hook.  
Andrada is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Andrada dabs at his face checking for damage.  Andrada has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Some sustained pressure from Andrada could be enough to finish Fallas!  Andrada lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DROPS FALLAS TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Andrada!
