Michael Humphreys vs Kwamin Wairimu

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, Los Angeles,  taking place on 17/09/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the IRBF Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michael Humphreys (44(31) - 0) who hails from New York City, USA and Kwamin Wairimu(25(15) - 12(11)) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Both Humphreys and Wairimu weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Slaight, and the three ringside judges are Ian Blevens, Khalid Shaikh and Dylan Nield.

Wairimu advances into close range.  Humphreys SLAMS a MASSIVE cross into his opponents face.  WAIRIMU HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  However, the ref is not convinced Wairimu is fit to continue. He waves off the fight!  The winner by TKO is Humphreys!
