Diego Benavidez vs Oscar Haxton

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at The Venetian Las Vegas, Las Vegas,  taking place on 12/08/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Benavidez (12 - 4(1)) who hails from San Antonio, USA and Oscar Haxton(17(5) - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both Benavidez and Haxton weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alec Rees, and the three ringside judges are Dave Farquharson, Ian Levingston and Amon Gibson.  

Round 1: 

Haxton connects with a cross.  
Haxton advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
