Sung-yun Oh vs Chul Kwon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-Ulsan promoted show at Chan-dong Chong Gym, Ulsan,  taking place on 09/09/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Korea-Ulsan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sung-yun Oh (7 - 15 - 5) who hails from Ulsan, South Korea and Chul Kwon(10 - 2 - 1) from Ulsan, South Korea.  Oh weighed in at 153 pounds and 15 ounces, while Kwon weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tae-hwi Shin, and the three ringside judges are Jeong-hyeop Yoon, Seung-gyu Mun and Hyun-soo Min.
