Neper Tosoc vs Steven Suero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Imperial Palace Hotel, Quezon City,  taking place on 04/10/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-NCR Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Tosoc (18 - 15(5) - 4) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Steven Suero(10(3) - 0) from Quezon City, Philippines.  Tosoc weighed in at 153 pounds, while Suero weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Lipat, and the three ringside judges are Jerrold Magat, Neron Calibugan and Mark Camargo.
