Nick Weir vs Mark Roderick

Boxing Daily Report from the Brock promoted show at RME Redstone Room, Davenport,  taking place on 06/10/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Iowa Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nick Weir (9(1) - 4(1)) who hails from Des Moines, USA and Mark Roderick(11 - 14(1) - 4) from Davenport, USA.  Both Weir and Roderick weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Winning, and the three ringside judges are David Crosbie, Isaac Levingston and Leeroy Rielly.
