Cody Aplaon vs Mohsin Kamal

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Manila,  taking place on 22/10/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Asian Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cody Aplaon (45(33) - 6(1) - 4) who hails from General Trias, Philippines and Mohsin Kamal(19(4) - 8(7)) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Aplaon weighed in at 154 pounds, while Kamal weighed in at 153 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zacarias Tobar, and the three ringside judges are Leonardo Callangan, Vicente Marahan and Vicente Macasieb.
