There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-South Cotabato Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neron Apelin (7(2) - 0) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and James Borja(5 - 5(1)) from General Santos, Philippines.  Apelin weighed in at 117 pounds and 8 ounces, while Borja weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces.
