Davaa Merkulov vs Igor Byambasuren

Boxing Daily Report from the Aurium promoted show at Ulaanbaatar Cairbecoff, Ulaanbaatar,  taking place on 30/10/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mongolia-Ulaanbaatar Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davaa Merkulov (17(2) - 13(3) - 5) who hails from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and Igor Byambasuren(4 - 3(1) - 2) from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  Merkulov weighed in at 140 pounds, while Byambasuren weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Thawab Cacpenow, and the three ringside judges are Genjo Deng, Bing Biew and Zhu Damdinsharav.
