Rob Pasley vs Canon Olivier

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Rogers Arena, Vancouver,  taking place on 31/12/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rob Pasley (30(26) - 1) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Canon Olivier(30(5) - 5(1) - 1) from Montreal, Canada.  Pasley weighed in at 112 pounds, while Olivier weighed in at 111 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Mortimer, and the three ringside judges are Alec Aitken, Noah Tedford and Sam Mortimer.  

Round 1: 

Olivier closes the distance.  Pasley lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Pasley holds on to his opponent.  Pasley is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Pasley about fouling.  
Pasley switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.  
Olivier sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Pasley is on target with a jab.  
Olivier is looking to close the distance.  Pasley lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Pasley is looking to keep his distance and snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Olivier is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Olivier gets on the inside.  Pasley digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Pasley is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  Pasley holds on to his opponent.  Olivier uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Pasley's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Olivier to stop fouling.  
Pasley tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a spiteful jab.

Olivier gets on the inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Pasley blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Pasley tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Pasley steps to the outside.  Olivier is on target with a stinging jab.  
Pasley attempts to land a jab, but Olivier slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Pasley steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Olivier steps inside.  Pasley digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Pasley lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Pasley ties up his opponent.  Olivier is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pasley is looking to keep his distance.  Olivier attempts to land a cross, but Pasley sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Olivier gets on the inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Olivier is on target with a left hook.  
Pasley steps to the outside.  Olivier throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Pasley lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Olivier gets on the inside and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Pasley pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Pasley is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Olivier walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Pasley connects with a spiteful right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE OLIVIER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Olivier recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Pasley tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a sharp cross.  
Pasley tries to land a right uppercut, but Olivier dodges the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Olivier's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Olivier's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Olivier's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Olivier drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Pasley lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Olivier closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Pasley drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Pasley lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Pasley is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Pasley lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Olivier advances into close range and walks Pasley down, trapping him on the ropes.  Pasley drives a sharp right hook into his opponents ribcage.
