Jonathan Lightbody vs Arnie Pinkerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 30/10/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jonathan Lightbody (27(3) - 20(10)) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Arnie Pinkerton(11 - 7(5) - 3) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Both Lightbody and Pinkerton weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brin Stackpole, and the three ringside judges are Ian Skene, Chris Heretini and Chris Booth.  

Round 1: 

Lightbody advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Lightbody lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lightbody manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Lightbody lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Lightbody holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Lightbody pushes his forearm into Pinkerton's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
