Marlen Kovalik vs Aleksei Polakoff

Boxing Daily Report from the Dotse Promotions promoted show at Marlen Zaleski Gym, Perm,  taking place on 02/11/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marlen Kovalik (7 - 12(1) - 1) who hails from Perm, Russia and Aleksei Polakoff(7 - 15 - 5) from Berezniki, Russia.  Both Kovalik and Polakoff weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sergei Anyukov, and the three ringside judges are Fedar Polsky, Aleksei Troubetzkoy and Borya Lukyanov.

Polakoff walks Kovalik down, trapping him on the ropes.  Polakoff tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
