David Cummins vs Robert Pedersen

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruler Fighting promoted show at Kansas City Carver, Kansas City,  taking place on 06/11/2039:

Clearly Ruler Fighting have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mid West Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Cummins (18 - 2(2) - 2) who hails from Lincoln, USA and Robert Pedersen(18 - 11 - 3) from Independence, USA.  Both Cummins and Pedersen weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mick Bihl, and the three ringside judges are Floyd Schellhaas, Aaron Ottosen and William Harkins.  

Round 1: 

Pedersen steps to the outside.  Cummins stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Pedersen tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cummins is on target with a jab.  
Cummins gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Pedersen tries to land a jab, but Cummins sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Cummins steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Pedersen switches the action to the outside.  Cummins feints a cross, and then lands a jab.  
Cummins is on target with a cross.  Cummins tries to land a jab, but Pedersen slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Pedersen walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Pedersen throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Cummins is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Cummins pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Cummins wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pedersen dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Pedersen.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Cummins steps inside.  Cummins pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Cummins closes the distance.  Cummins voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Pedersen accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Cummins.  
Cummins lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cummins lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Cummins lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Pedersen sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cummins lands a double jab to his opponents head.

The foul has worsened the damage  around the left eye.
