Etibar Mona vs Safar Qazi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Baku Bacchus, Baku,  taking place on 07/11/2039:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Absheron have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Etibar Mona (18 - 13(2) - 4) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Safar Qazi(12 - 21(1) - 8) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Mona and Qazi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seyfulla Ismailov, and the three ringside judges are Shamil Abdurrahmirov, Nasimi Bacho and Yasaf Mahmudov.
