Vijay Bala vs Victor Phillips

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Manila,  taking place on 17/12/2039:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBO Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vijay Bala (32(21) - 6(4) - 1) who hails from Pune, India and Victor Phillips(31(4) - 19(4) - 1) from Norman, USA.  Both Bala and Phillips weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Aro, and the three ringside judges are Olindo Manrique, Mark Pasamba and Owen Acero.
