Joe Eddie vs Mark McRay

Boxing Daily Report from the The 478 Fight Club Productions promoted show at Atlanta Heriot, Atlanta,  taking place on 08/11/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-South Atlantic Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Eddie (38(27) - 9(4)) who hails from Athens, USA and Mark McRay(16 - 2(1) - 1) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Eddie and McRay weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Bardsley, and the three ringside judges are Mason Doughty, Ethan Mun and Dai Gibson.  

Round 1: 

McRay steps inside.  Eddie connects with a solid right hook.  
McRay gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
McRay walks his opponent onto the ropes.  McRay connects with a left hook.  
Eddie steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Eddie feints a right, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Eddie steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
McRay steps inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Eddie tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
McRay throws an overhand left, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Eddie is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Eddie lands a spiteful jab.  
Eddie lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

McRay pivots to the side of his opponent.  Eddie tries to land a left hook, but McRay dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
McRay lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

McRay manouvers Eddie onto the ropes.  McRay lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.

McRay advances into close range and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  McRay tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.

Eddie feints a left hook, and then lands an overhand left, jab and an overhand left to his opponents head.  
McRay is looking to close the distance.  Eddie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  McRay is on target with a left hook to Eddie's liver.  
Eddie steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by  two overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
McRay gets on the inside and manouvers Eddie onto the ropes.  McRay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
McRay lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

McRay is looking to close the distance.  Eddie lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS MCRAY TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Eddie steps to the outside.  Eddie lands a VICIOUS left hook.  MCRAY IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Eddie!
