Azam Lodhi vs Adrien de Honnecourt

Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at Dawu Sports Stadium, Accra,  taking place on 17/12/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Western African Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Azam Lodhi (22(19) - 3(1)) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Adrien de Honnecourt(27(3) - 10(2) - 1) from Abobo, Ivory Coast.  Lodhi weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces, while de Honnecourt weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Obaid Younes, and the three ringside judges are Ben Mayat, Matt Ado and Shaun Panyin.  

Round 1: 

Lodhi steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Lodhi pushes his forearm into de Honnecourt's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Lodhi tries to keep the action at long range and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Lodhi closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Lodhi lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Lodhi lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  de Honnecourt recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
