Chris Meredith vs Brin Bongiorno

Boxing Daily Report from the Southpaw Promotions promoted show at James Meggett Gym, Providence,  taking place on 06/12/2039:

Clearly Southpaw Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Rhode Island Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Meredith (19 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from Providence, USA and Brin Bongiorno(7 - 7(2) - 6) from Providence, USA.  Both Meredith and Bongiorno weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Mate, and the three ringside judges are Declan Hernandez, Peter Echevarria and David Bellillo.

Bongiorno is on target with a left hook to Meredith's body.

Bongiorno closes the distance.  Bongiorno wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Meredith dabs at his face checking for damage.
