Vicente Canal vs Gonzalo Guitierrez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Atlantico promoted show at Plaza Dinamica, Barranquilla,  taking place on 15/12/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Canal (43(16) - 5 - 1) who hails from Barranquilla, Colombia and Gonzalo Guitierrez(29(7) - 20(8)) from Cali, Colombia.  Both Canal and Guitierrez weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Roman Soto, and the three ringside judges are Zelipe Cobos, Gervasio Montejano and Quito Quesada.
