Alec Drito vs Nick Malinga

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Kampala Kamugisha, Kampala,  taking place on 16/12/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alec Drito (9(1) - 4(1)) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Nick Malinga(9 - 18(5) - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Drito weighed in at 135 pounds, while Malinga weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kieran Nasasira, and the three ringside judges are Jay Mwesige, Shontae Batuma and Tavarius Tebazaalwa.
