Eloy Ovando vs Cisco Rolan

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo Este Severino, Santo Domingo Este,  taking place on 21/12/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eloy Ovando (14 - 9(4) - 4) who hails from Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic and Cisco Rolan(4 - 22(1) - 2) from Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic.  Ovando weighed in at 174 pounds and 6 ounces, while Rolan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Esteban Favela, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Acosta, Federico Francisco and Carlos Carreno.  

Round 1:
