Kai Maddex vs Alec East

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions V2 promoted show at Ron MacAdams Gym, Manchester,  taking place on 22/12/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Central England Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The Throne-Breaker Kai Maddex (55(12) - 5(2)) who hails from Leicester, UK and The Prodigy Alec East(36(21) - 11(5)) from Derby, UK.  Maddex weighed in at 147 pounds, while East weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Euan Culbertson, and the three ringside judges are Zain Salam, John McQuay and Rodric Valentine.
