Santiago Varon vs Jose Arcos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Guayaquil Huerta, Guayaquil,  taking place on 24/12/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Varon (38(21) - 11(7) - 2) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Jose Arcos(19 - 16(6) - 4) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Varon and Arcos weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Venacio Riquelme, and the three ringside judges are Desiderio Castellanos, Rio Garcia and Diego Jacome.  

Round 1: 

Varon lands a jab.  
Varon advances into close range.  Varon pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook.
