Rodrigo Cruce vs Onofre Arguelles

Boxing Daily Report from the Yalley Promotions promoted show at Guayaquil Godinez, Guayaquil,  taking place on 24/12/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Cruce (37(3) - 13(3)) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Onofre Arguelles(17 - 25 - 5) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Cruce and Arguelles weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Montijo, and the three ringside judges are Dario Ramirez, Quiqui Rubi and Felippe Manco.  

Round 1: 

Arguelles closes the distance.  Cruce pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  As Cruce tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!
