Billy Tarbet vs James Elliot

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at El Zaribah Shriners Auditorium, Phoenix,  taking place on 23/12/2039:

Clearly AI USA-Arizona have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Billy Tarbet (9(3) - 1) who hails from Scottsdale, USA and James Elliot(15 - 13(2) - 5) from Oklahoma City, USA.  Tarbet weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces, while Elliot weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Declan Shillinglaw, and the three ringside judges are Dale Halliday, Arthur Cerrato and James Rodriguez.
