Deepak Apte vs Mahinder Badami

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-West Bengal promoted show at Kolkata Veera, Kolkata,  taking place on 26/12/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-West Bengal Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Deepak Apte (10 - 15(2) - 6) who hails from Howrah, India and Mahinder Badami(13 - 17(1) - 1) from Howrah, India.  Apte weighed in at 140 pounds, while Badami weighed in at 140 pounds And 10 ounces.    As Badami came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Rohit Sarang, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Haik, Tariq Amer and Gurudas Tewari.
